Our architects see the big picture when it comes to your project. They help you explore what appeals to you aesthetically and what you require functionally. They coordinate teams of design, engineering and construction professionals; they sort through the maze of building codes and zoning requirements; they provide design leadership so that your project is built the way it was intended.

It is critical to find an architect who makes you feel comfortable, and with whom you can have open communication. It's also important to find an architect with experience in your project type. HA+ 's architects can serve as an important first step in your search; you should also seek recommendations from those you know who've worked with an architect previously.

After the initial meeting we will be in touch to make sure that you are fully satisfied. We will then develop a client brief including drawings from your ideas and concepts including information about budget and timescale.

Once we have completed the Technical Design and tendered the work to find a contractor we would establish a contract between the client and the contractor.

Interior designers make inside spaces safe and functional whilst also making sure that it is they are beautifully decorated.

We will always ask you to provide us with a budget to work with. Once we have that figure we work alongside interior designers and contractors to make sure the project stays within that budget whilst also maximising its potential.
